Terms of Service
The Corvantas Institute, an Arkansas limited liability company
Effective date: July 7, 2026
1. The Service
The Corvantas Institute operates a professional standards body and membership network for wedding and event professionals, together with an introduction and concierge service for couples, families, hosts, and other private clients ("Clients"). Membership for professionals ("Members") is decided by curation review against published standards. Placement, ranking, and introductions cannot be purchased by anyone, at any price.
2. What the Seal Certifies
Admission certifies that a practice met, and continues to meet, the published standards of The Corvantas Institute at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of any particular outcome. Engagements, contracts, payments, and performance are matters solely between Client and Member, and The Corvantas Institute is not a party to those agreements.
3. Eligibility
The service is available to adults eighteen and older. By using the site or submitting any form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
4. Candidacy, Fees, and Standing
Professional candidacy is reviewed independently. Any fees or annual dues that may apply are those expressly stated at acceptance and renewal, and they do not purchase any outcome. Standing is reviewed annually and may be raised, held, or revoked in accordance with the published standards. Fees, where applicable, do not create any right to placement, introductions, or renewal.
5. Client Membership
Client membership is complimentary. Concierge and Private Client services, where offered, are provided under separate written engagement and are priced as services, never as access to the network.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by submitting false candidacy materials, misrepresenting a relationship with The Corvantas Institute, scraping or harvesting information, interfering with security features, or using the service to send unsolicited commercial messages. Use of the Corvantas Institute name and seal is reserved to Members in good standing, under the Corvantas Institute usage guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
The site, the Library, the guide, the seal, and all The Corvantas Institute materials are the property of The Corvantas Institute or its licensors. Library materials provided to Clients are for personal, non-commercial use in planning their own celebration.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Corvantas Institute disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and does not warrant the performance of any Member or the outcome of any engagement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Corvantas Institute's total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to The Corvantas Institute in the twelve months preceding the claim, and The Corvantas Institute will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold The Corvantas Institute harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your engagements with other users of the service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
13. The Seal
The Corvantas Institute Seal denotes admitted standing only. Issuance of the Seal to a professional signifies that the professional has completed the Institute's admission requirements and been accepted into Corvantas House. Issuance of the Seal to a client signifies that the client has been confirmed as a Corvantas Private Client. The Seal certifies admission, verification, and the origin of an introduction through the Institute. It does not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or assurance of any professional's work, services, conduct, or results, and The Corvantas Institute assumes no liability for the performance of any admitted professional. An introduction is recognized by the Institute only where both the professional and the client hold a valid, currently-issued Seal.
