The Corvantas Institute, an Arkansas limited liability company ("The Corvantas Institute," "we"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information collected through corvantasinstitute.com, our membership and candidacy processes, and our concierge services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: contact details, celebration details (such as dates, cities, guest counts, and investment ranges), professional candidacy materials (such as practice information, portfolio links, and attestations), and correspondence you send us. We also collect limited technical information such as IP address, device, and browser data, used for security and to operate the site.
3. How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the network: to review candidacies, to maintain membership records, to make and manage introductions between Clients and Members, to deliver the Library and other materials you request, to respond to correspondence, and to protect the security and integrity of the service.
4. What We Never Do
Consistent with the published Covenant, The Corvantas Institute does not sell Member or Client information, does not rent lists, and does not permit payment to influence placement or introductions. Introductions are made on fit, and the information involved is shared only as needed to make them.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help operate the platform (such as hosting, email delivery, and security verification), with Members and Clients as part of an introduction you have requested, and where required by law. Service providers are bound to use information only on our instructions.
6. Retention
Candidacy records, membership records, and correspondence are retained as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
7. Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to concierge@corvantasinstitute.com. You may unsubscribe from the list at any time; transactional messages related to an active candidacy, membership, or introduction may still be sent.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted transmission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Age
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
